Henchman to Edward IV 1466--9; fought at Barnet April 1471; appointed Esquire of the Body 1473; remained in close personal attendance on Edward IV until 1477. Taken prisoner at Bosworth 22 Aug. 1485; attainted in Henry VII's 1st Parliament and imprisoned in the Tower until Jan. 1488/9
