Description / History (pre-1642)
The medieval hall was near the E end of the N range of the original court of Henry VI's foundation. Entrance was from a wooden porch. The butteries and kitchen were in a separate building to the W.
The mid-16th c. hall had a bay window on the S side, with 2 other windows on the same side.
