On 1 March, William Perry presented the troupe's licence, and on 15 March it was noted in the Mayors' Court Book that they continued to play beyond the time agreed upon (p 214). They were asked to stop performing but they instead asked to perform for 8 more days. The Chamberlains' Accounts for 1633--4 include a dismissal payment to Perry which was possibly paid in order to prevent further performances (p 213)
