A man who initially claimed to be Philip Rosseter, 1 of the persons named in letters patent 'to practice and exercise certain children in the quality of playing' confessed he was Ralph Reeve and, since he had no letters proving he was deputized to act for the persons named in the patent, he and his company were ordered to leave the city and not play
