Notes: 

Town officials gave the troupe license to play in the Shire (or Common) Hall, as long as they did not perform on the Sabbath. When it was learned they they intended to play on the Sabbath, the town withdrew permission, and the troupe performed that evening at an Inn (probably the George Inn).
