Nothing has been discovered about the 15th and 16th c. mayor's house (or houses) in Canterbury.
Possible performance venue. Rewards including wine are recorded for the King's Trumpeters and the Prince's Minstrels at the mayor's house in 1478--9 and a reward was given to the Duke of Norfolk's Trumpeter in 1543--4.
