Little has been discovered about the original stone town hall, located on the E side of Church Approach between St Nicholas' Church and High Street (Kent: Diocese of Canterbury 3.1365).

Current Status

Demolished.

1825 Original town hall replaced with a new building.

1884 New town hall built.
