The 4-light Perpendicular window has a large central panel below with a smaller one on either side. The central panel has lost its figures but according to Mackerell, an early 18th c. local historian, it featured the royal arms of Elizabeth I, with the arms of the city and St George on either side (Stephen, 'Norwich Guildhall' 48--9).
Fragments of 15th--17th c. painted glass from other windows in the building have been collected in the 3 E-end windows of the former Mayor's Court.
