14. (REED) Tagged Record Enhancement (Phase I – Extending the Tagged Function, excl. flash).
* Put ‘Tag this List’ function all search results pages (Patrons, Events, Venues, Troupes, Bibliography)
* Add ‘Tag all records on this list’ box with this script beneath ‘If you only want to tag some of these search results, use the ‘Tag this record’ on the individual record pages.’
* For Patron page, give users the option to tag the Titles, Offices, Properties and Bibliographic Sources page. By default, they should all be tagged, and users can have the option of untagging.
* A user should be able to tag the ‘Patronized troupes’ and ‘Events naming patron’ lists: add ‘Tag this list’ boxes. on the ‘Events naming patron’ and on the event lists for a patron’s individual troupes (which is reached by clicking on an individual troupe in the ‘Patronized troupes’ list), there be added another clickable box: ‘Tag all event records for this (patron/troupe)’ with this script beneath: ‘If you only want to tag some of these events, use the ‘Tag this record’ on the relevant event pages.’
* For Event page, give users the option of tagging the History, Performance Space, and Bibliographic Sources pages. By default, they should all be tagged, and user can have the option of untagging.
* A user should be able to tag ‘Events at Venue’ list: add ‘Tag this list’ box. I suggest that there be added another clickable box: ‘Tag all event records for this venue’ with this script beneath: ‘If you only want to tag some of these events, use the ‘Tag this record’ on the relevant event pages.’
* Display urls on Venue overview pages when tagged venues are printed (currently the urls are hidden under a textual description).
* When you click on a troupe from the results page, you get the troupe record and a list of events related to the troupe. In addition to the existing ‘Tag this Record’ (change to ‘Tag this record and list’), add another clickable box: ‘Tag all event records for this troupe’ with this script beneath: ‘If you only want to tag some of these events, use the ‘Tag this record’ on the relevant event pages.’
* The bibliographies for each ‘sources by subject’ page should be taggable. Add ‘Tag this bibliography’ box.
* A ‘Tag entire bibliography’ box and individual tag boxes besides each entry.
* To results from the keyword search, add ‘Tag this list’ box and ‘Tag all results’ box (note: since the search includes troupes, which often have multiple events associated with them, this would have to make sure all the events associated with the troupe were tagged as well), with this script beneath: ‘If you only want to tag some of these results, use the ‘Tag this record’ on the relevant pages.’
* For e-mail digest, covert the results to plain text.

15. (REED) Tagged Record Enhancement (Phase II – Display & Printing Format of Tagged Records).
The creation of a workspace where the data from the tagged records is reconfigured into a more traditional tabular format, where the user has the ability to manipulate what displays and how it displays within that tabular format. There could be links back to the original record and space for user annotation.
