<\/b>Each sinew is a small and slender string,<\/span>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\n<\/span>Which to the body all the senses bring.<\/span>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\n<\/span>And they like<\/span>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span> pipes or gutters hollow be,
\n<\/span>Where animal spirits run continually.
\n<\/span>Though small, yet they<\/span>4<\/sup><\/a><\/span> such matter do contain \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span> 5
\n<\/span>As in the skull doth lie, which we call brain.
\n<\/span>That makes if anyone doth strike the heel,
\n<\/span>The thought of that sense in the brain doth feel.<\/span><\/span>5<\/sup><\/a><\/span>

\n<\/span>Then would such thoughts, which in the brain dwell high,
\n<\/span>Descend down low, and in the heel<\/span>10<\/sup><\/a><\/span> would lie.

\n<\/span>It wants both room and quantity, no doubt.
