Some hold four perfect elements there be,
\n<\/span>Which do surmount each other by degree.
\n<\/span>And some opinions think that one is all,
\n<\/span>The rest from that and to that one shall<\/span>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span> fall:
\n<\/span>This single<\/span>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span> element itself doth<\/span>4<\/sup><\/a><\/span> turn \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span> 5
\n<\/span>To several qualities, as fire to burn,
\n<\/span>Then<\/span>5<\/sup><\/a><\/span> water moist to quench that heat,<\/span>6<\/sup><\/a><\/span> and then
\n<\/span>To subtle air, and so to earth again.
\n<\/span>Like fluid water, which when turned with frost<\/span>7<\/sup><\/a><\/span>

\n<\/span>But whenas<\/span>9<\/sup><\/a><\/span> heat doth melt that icy chain,
\n<\/span>Then into water doth it<\/span>10<\/sup><\/a><\/span> turn again.
\n<\/span>Or like as vapor thick, which doth ascend<\/span>11<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\n<\/span>From th\u2019Earth, and to thin air itself doth spend,<\/span>12<\/sup><\/a><\/span>

\n<\/span>And by its weight will fall to<\/span>14<\/sup><\/a><\/span> Earth again.
\n<\/span>So<\/span>15<\/sup><\/a><\/span> what is very thin doth subtle grow,<\/span>16<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\n<\/span>Turns into<\/span>17<\/sup><\/a><\/span> fire, and a<\/span>18<\/sup><\/a><\/span> bright flame doth show.<\/span>19<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\n<\/span>But<\/span>20<\/sup><\/a><\/span> what is dull, heavy, and slow<\/span>21<\/sup><\/a><\/span> to move
