Hope, hearing Doubt an army great did bring<\/span>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nFor to assault the castle she was in,<\/span>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nFor her defense she made that castle<\/span>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span> strong,
\nPlacing great ord\u2019nance on the wall along.<\/span>4<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nBulwarks she<\/span>5<\/sup><\/a><\/span> built at every corner\u2019s end;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 5
\nA curtain long the middle did defend.<\/span>6<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nTwo faces make<\/span>7<\/sup><\/a><\/span> a point, from whence the<\/span>8<\/sup><\/a><\/span> cannons play;

\nWhen Hope had ordered all about her fort,
