His hair did white like silver ribbons show;<\/span>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nKnots of experience were tied into.<\/span>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nHis head was covered<\/span>4<\/sup><\/a><\/span> all with wisdom\u2019s hat;
\nGood management the hatband was round<\/span>5<\/sup><\/a><\/span> that.
\nHis garments loose yet manly did appear;<\/span>6<\/sup><\/a><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 5
\nThough time had crumpled them, no spots were there.<\/span>7<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nHis cloak made of a free and noble mind,
\nWithin<\/span>8<\/sup><\/a><\/span> with generosity was lined.
\nAnd gloves of bounty, which his hands did cover,<\/span>9<\/sup><\/a><\/span>

\nA sword of valor hung close by his side,
\nTo cut off all base fears and haughty pride.
