Grounds of great loss, with sorrows were deep plowed,<\/span>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nWherein the fertile seed of care was sowed;<\/span>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nHorses of hopes did draw the cart of pains,<\/span>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nWith expectations filled, to th\u2019barn of brains;<\/span>4<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nCows of content did give<\/span>5<\/sup><\/a><\/span> the milk of ease;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 5
\nCurds pressed with love did make<\/span>6<\/sup><\/a><\/span> a friendship cheese;
\nCream of delight was put in<\/span>7<\/sup><\/a><\/span> pleasure\u2019s churn,
\nIn a short time to butt\u2019r of joy did turn;<\/span>8<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nSweet whey of tears from laughing eyes did flow:<\/span>9<\/sup><\/a><\/span>

\nEggs of revenge were laid by some design;
\nChickens of mischief hatched by<\/span>11<\/sup><\/a><\/span> words divine.
\nLife\u2019s nourishment<\/span>12<\/sup><\/a><\/span> the poultry fat doth cram,
\nAnd so she doth all creatures else, and man.<\/span>13<\/sup><\/a><\/span>
\nAnd Nature makes the Fates<\/span>14<\/sup><\/a><\/span> to sit and spin,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 15
\nAnd Destiny lays out and brings flax in.
